A search was undertaken to find 13 newly created distribution specialists for our client. The roles included were National Services Manager - Boutiques, Business Development Managers - Boutiques and Annuities and Key Account Managers - Boutiques and Annuities.

The roles were created to increase specialisation in distribution of Boutique Funds and Annuities. The roles were located on the east coast of Australia.

The assignment was completed in 3 months - from sourcing, researching, mapping, interview to placements.
